56. had a bleeding nipple so total duct removal to left breast with no cancer seen on mamogram or ultrasound. Low intermediate DCIS found post op- surgeon surprised. Oestrogeon positive. Second wide excision taken for a bigger margin. Awaiting the results! On hrt for 2 years and am trying 2-3 month reduction (I refuse to go cold turkey as previous menopause symptoms chronic).
