Five brave and inspiring ladies have been baring all since early last year, through even the coldest winter days…
brushing off the December chill with poise, elegance and fierce determination in pink, satin lingerie.
To raise money for the incredible Peterborough Breast Unit and Cancer Research UK, Michelle, Kerry, Steph, Sharon and Caroline, have come together to remove their clothing, and uncover and
celebrate what lies beneath. With the support of the following companies and individuals, they have brought together an inspiring collection of photographs to create a beautiful calendar,
revealing the true depth of their courage, and honouring the authentic, genuine, diverse beauty of the female form.
Michelle, Kerry, Steph, Sharon and Caroline have each faced their own terrifying battle with cancer. After being diagnosed with breast cancer, their lives have been turned upside down
forever. Everything we take for granted each day was stripped away, as they began a life-changing journey of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hair loss and mastectomies.
Yet instead of surrendering and retreating away from life, they have embraced it to the fullest at every turn. And beneath the surface, under which they
clothe themselves each day, they discovered the deep wells of strength courage, bravery, hope, humour and self-love that lie within.
What might to some people appear like scars are, in reality, fearless reminders of their strength, courage, conviction and hope in face of the worst that life can throw at us.
Not knowing how strong they really were, underneath their daily clothes. Until, one day, they had no choice but to discover that this strength was waiting there all along.
