Retired early due to illnesses. I worked in medicine as a Lead Operating Department Practitioner, for over 26yrs in Emergency Theatres ( all specialities & ages) Critical Care, ITU , CCU, PICU, SCBU as well as being on CRASH , Trauma , Emergency Obstetrics teams. I also taught Dr's, nurses etc cannulation (inserting a cannula into a vein so medication can be given and blood samples taken) , Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Care and a few other things . These days I don't do much because of how bad I am but I enjoy reading true crime books and watching same on TV along with boxsets the old fashioned way as we don't have Internet yet. I live with my Mum which was supposed to be short term but things happened and living together was the best option. I have a brain tumour and waiting for MRI contrast study &Lots of other things to do with other conditions, one is Fibromyalgia which exhausts me .
