About Denique

Hello, I'm "Denique", aged very nearly 67 as we speak (19.03.19). My very best friend died of multiple myeloma more than 10 years after diagnosis and some splendid (but sometimes difficult) treatment. But she lived to see her 4 grandsons grow into their teenage years with lots of fun with them and, as an athletics fan, also made it to a number of the UK Olympic events. This was thanks to her bravery and bloody-mindedness and to the treatments which were offered, over the decade or more of research. This is why I have been a donor to Cancer Research UK for many years.
