I have had lng cancer with a metastasis to L4 vertebrae diagnosed 2 years ago. I had radiation on my vertebrae and premetrexed and displaying at that time.
I have had a reasonable quality of life and some great holidays. I requested a scan so I could start planning next years holidays and it was found that he lng tumour had doubled, there were nodules on both legs, some in one lymph node and a large shadow in one adrenal gland.
I started on the same treatment as it was 18months since I had any but on the second cycle I had a bad reaction to the cisplatin. I am not seeing the oncologist til Monday and was wondering if anyone knew if there may be any more chemo options.
