I am 69years old with a few autoimmune problems. I don't drink or smoke and try to eat a healthy diet. I have had lichum planin for about 4years and it is now classed as pre cancerous. I had a biopsie yesterday and have been told I will get the results in a couple of weeks. I have found that if I am stressed it always makes the lichum planes worse.
