My husband was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Grade4
in June 2021. He had surgery followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy…the standard procedure.
He seems to be well 12 months later and has had a scan
in April that showed no new growth.
Everywhere I read about the prognosis is gloomy and hopeless. Is it possible that some people defy expectations
and survive longer than the 18 months often cited?
He has never had a seizure or even bad headaches.
We try to remain positive but it is a black cloud nonetheless
