Hi, I am feeling a bit lost. I am a 60 year old woman, who cared for and lost her best friend 14th December 2017 to liver cancer. Now my VERY special brother has been told, no treatment anymore and you will die 6-12 months. Caring for my brother will be challenging because of old family fueds and he does'nt understand things in the usual way and I dread not being with him.
