Hi i'm not sure what to put here? I was disagnosed with bowel cancer in 19th December last year and had an operation which was successful they managed to remove all of the tumour which was great and I am recovering now. My Consultant referred me to an oncologist as he felt I woud benefit from this with my age being 41 and normally a fit and healthy person. My staging was a B which I understand is a grey as there was no cancer in any of the 14 lymph nodes that they took out or in the blood stream. I saw the oncologist on Friday and wasn't sure what was going to happen at this appointment. I felt the oncologist was quite blunt!! towards me, the Oncologist I saw was not one I was supposed to see. I now have to make a decision but feel I need more advice before I can. My family say to ring the hospital and ask to see the Oncologist I was supposed to see as I am torn at the moment.
