I have lung cancer. I have one lesion at top of right lung. I have been told that this is probably T2a N0 M0 but there are 2 more small lesions one lower in right lung and one in left. It is not sure if these 2 are infectious non malignant lesions or also cancer. I am being given benefit of the doubt and being given surgery for the lesion in the upper right lobe. The smaller lesions will be checked in follow up scan in 3 months and fingers crossed they are harmless.
