I’m a 54yo (nearly 55) mum of 2 girls and nanny to 5 grandchildren. I got diagnosed with breast cancer in January, 9 months after my eldest daughter got a diagnosis of stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Luckily I caught mine early, had a mastectomy and didn’t need any other treatment apart from endocrine therapy for 5 years.
