Amida

Hi I had breast cancer back in 2012. Have been taking Tamoxifen until 3 months ago as my consultant wanted me to start the Letrozole so I had blood tests to make sure I had gone through my menopause 2 weeks ago ( I am now 53yrs old) . Blood test were good so I was prescribed the Letrozole which I started taking last Tuesday 22nd December. The symptoms I have are muscle pain in my lower back, hips and legs and back of neck , fatigue and a loss of appetite. I am a Tennis Coach and work many hours coaching so have a physical job . I am fit and keep fit too. I am finding now that since I have been taking this drug I feel awful ! I did get Covid19 7weeks ago and didn’t feel as bad as I feel now . Is there any advice out there that can help with combating these symptoms I have since taking Letrozole? I am also taking vitamin D3 and calcium tablets daily too . Thanks
