I am 57 years old and have a recent diagnosis of prostate cancer. Following a CT scan I am told the cancer has not metastasised. I have Gleason score of 4+3. I am now trying to decide which treatment to choose. The doctors are pushing for surgery. I am currently favouring HIFU.
