Invitation to participate in a survey to inform development of a screening tool to identify need for support for people who have had a cancer diagnosis

The University of Southampton are inviting people who have had a diagnosis of cancer to take part in a research study called Development and testing of a screening tool to identify need for support for people who have had a cancer diagnosis.

We have developed version 1 of a screening tool and are looking for people who have had cancer to test it for us. If you can spare a few minutes to complete an online survey, this will help us test that the questions are working well.

We are looking for people who have had a diagnosis of cancer, are aged 18 or older, and are resident in the UK. Further details can be found in the Information Sheet at the start of the survey.

We would be grateful if you would complete the survey which we anticipate will take 10 to 15 minutes. You can do this by clicking https://southampton.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9RiNLODJVmhthWK

All data will be stored securely and will only be accessible to members of the research team. The study has been approved by the University of Southampton Ethics Committee (ref. 110170).

If you have any queries about the research or the survey, please contact the research team at perscare@soton.ac.uk.

Many thanks.
