I have a tiny very hard lump between my shoulder and neck (where a necklace would lay) on the left hand side. 
 

there's no head on it so I'm a bit worried as to what it is! I've had it for about 4 weeks now. I have doctors appointment in a few days just hoping someone can stop me from worrying! Any ideas?
