Welcome to the forum Laurag85 although I'm sorry for the worry and stress this is causing.

It's always a tad unsettling when coming across unexplained lumps and bumps but if you're worried do be sure to book an appointment with your GP as they'll be able to let you know if they are any cause for concern. Hopefully this won't be the case but it's always good to get anything unusual checked out, if only for peace of mind.

Many of our members have contended with similar symptoms so you're not alone and hopefully you will receive some support and advice from them soon.

In the meantime, I hope these tips will keep your anxiety at bay until you know more.
