I'm sorry you were having a bad day on Sunday but I hope things have improved since then and that you're thinking a bit more positively. I know that's much easier to do when you're not contending with worrying thoughts but I hope the tips and advice given in this article on how to cope with waiting for news will help you whilst you wait.

Big hugs, the waiting is the worst. I got informed on 30 November that my results were back (a week after my biopsy) and an appointment booked to discuss them for tomorrow. Trouble is I've been given no indication either way about my results so feel I'm walking into an ambush tomorrow with no support. 

I have moments where it gets too much and I get tearful. We are here for you

I hope all goes ok for you tomorrow. I've hounded the poor doctors and nurses at my hospital who have been great. I suffer badly with health anxiety anyway. I recieved news yesterday that my lump is benign and is likely to be a fibromedema . It will be discussed on Friday whether to remove it or leave it be. Im really hoping everything goes ok for you xxx
