Qfit test

Hi I'm new here, I wonder if anyone has had to do one of these tests?. I'm totally confused I've been run down for a while with middle back pain, stabbing etc, I got bloods done and was low. I just had my over 50s bowel screen 6 weeks ago and it was clear. Still feeling tired, I have very heavy periods every month, I'm vegetarian, and I have underactice thyroid and pernicious anemia, which I get b12 jabs every 3 months, I have always been prone to anemia and low ferritin at times.

I actually contacted Dr due to hiatus hernia I have, which seemed to be playing up, I told Dr and mentioned stomach was bothering me, I have Gerd and don't rarely take anything for it, but it was playing up, he gave me omepazole and peptic, it wasn't taking away the back pain which feels inflamed, anyhow did ecg etc all clear told me if it didn't clear up to call back and I'd be seen, but they didn't see me just gave me more tablets. When my bloods came back Dr mentioned  my cholesterol was higher and  sent me to nurse, its slightly raised , so I've started sw diet, I wouldn't say I was obese and I don't smoke. I rarely eat processed foods either. Anyway Dr retested blood to check ferritin levels because I'm also suffering tinnitus and restless legs dizzy, palpations and breathless, all angling towards ferritin, but he's now insisted I do this qfit test when I clearly told him I just had my bowel screening and it was clear, I'm not even having bowel problems and I'm having very heavy periods, it's been same for years, feel he hasn't listened to a word I've said. Anyone else in same boat, I'm now terrified he's seeing something in my blood that he's not telling me. Thanks guys sorry for being long winded.
