Try not to worry, both those results can indicate quite a few things and it doesn't necessarily mean it will be anything sinister. Great news that you are in for an urgent referral though; it is always best to get these things checked out promptly.

I hope you don't have too long to wait. I know that there was a backlog in the area that I'm from as they'd paused colonoscopies due to covid, but I didn't have too long beyond the two weeks to wait on mine. Hopefully you will find the same and be able to put your mind at rest. I'm currently in the process of getting my moviprep down as I'm booked in for my colonoscopy tomorrow. It's honestly not too bad, alternating a glass with a glass of apple juice.
