I had my first smear test 3 months ago and was postive for hpv. But they couldn't test for abnormal cells because I had alot of discharge.

Im due my smear in one weeks time again but I've been bleeding on and off after intercourse for past 2 weeks. It's not bright red is brown and watery and it's now like a black tar and thick, I've also got severe pain and cramps in my stomach stomach pelvic area. Im struggling to go for a pee or poo and keep getting a sharp pain when I try. Im really worried can anyone help or advice me of what it could be? 

I'm not usually sexually active this is first time I've had intercourse for a while now. The intercourse was extremely painful and I started spotting brown discharge straight after.
