Dent on crown of head

Hi there 

I have recently found an indent in the top of my head around the crown area. It defo was not there before. I have been referred to consultant and they will do a CT scan, I am 32 and when I try to look up what might have caused this it comes up with tumours and I am extremely worried. I have had blood tests too but I don't know if anything like that would come up in them? Has anyone had a change in skull shape?

    Hello Ashco16,

                             funnily enough l had a dent of the crown of my head that was like a groove that l could fit my finger into.This was from probably catching it on a hard object.Probably had it for six months but just looked now upon reading your post and its gone. Hope you get some reassuring answers shortly ,
