Has anyone been through the same?

I started bleeding on 28th June this year and have not stopped since doc tried me on tranexamic acid with no luck, can't take mefenamic acid as I can't take anti Inflamatories, had loads of bloods done all came back normal apart from ANAs showing up, got referred to a gynae who mentioned cancer and went straight for a biopsy without a scan (said she would book me in for one and haven't had it yet that was 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on results after being on the phone to my own gp today there is nothing back at all yet. I don't really know the point of this post just to see if anyone else has waited so long.

  • A warm welcome to the forum CWKCR21 although I'm very sorry to read what you've been contending with over the last 6 months. It sounds like it's been very tough and it's completely understandable why you're feeling stressed.

    I really hope your results come through soon and you can finally get a step closer to getting some answers but in the meantime I just wanted you to know we're thinking of you and sending our support your way.
