Yesterday I found a small lump in my waist area and I'm not sure if it's something I should be concerned about.

It is small, but feels pretty hard and I am not able to move it around. The skin is very slightly raised around it so I am able to feel it without pressing. It is not painful or irritated in any way. It is at the point where my waist is at its smallest, pretty much directly on my side rather than my stomach or back.

I can't find any info on lumps in this area specifically so don't know if I should be concerned for reference, I am 24, female and have never had any medical issues before. I just moved so am not registered with a GP currently to get this checked out.
