Try not to worry too much as low grade dyskaryosis is very treatable and it doesn't mean at all that you have cancer. Everything is explained very well on this page on our website and I hope it will reassure you. Our colposcopy page will explain to you in detail what to expect from the procedure. 

I thought I would also mention that there is another member [@Crazybirdlady]‍ who finds herself in a similar situation to you at the moment being HPV positive with high grade dyskaryosis and having her colposcopy this coming Wednesday. Have a look at her thread and don't hesitate to respond to her if you wish. She might also pop up here and share her experience with you. 

So rest assured that you are going through at the moment is actually very common so keep positive and make sure you do have your treatment so that it is all sorted quickly.
