Unfortunately no one here will be able to explain why you have this high CRB reading or why they have told you to go for a breast mammogram as only the medical experts who are looking after you will know why they have asked for these tests. Perhaps you could try and talk to them and ask them to explain things a bit for you, for example what this slightly raised CRB means? I can completely understand why you are finding all this rather unsettling and I hope that you will get some definite answers soon. The next few days are going to be particularly tough as you are waiting to be seen for your breast mammogram. There are some good tips on this page on how to cope while waiting for important news.  

I know it is really hard but try not to worry too much or anticipate what it might be. The best thing to do to avoid thinking too much about this is to keep busy and distracted if you can and avoid looking things up online. I can imagine it is hard for you to do this at the moment but it will help you feel a little less anxious. 

I hope you will also hear from others here who have been through all this before and that they will be along soon to share their story with you.
