Hey everyone!
Around 1 year ago I noticed a pea sized lump just underneath my chin. Like most people I immediately went to google which caused me to fear the worst.
I booked an appointment with my GP and he had a feel of the area. After feeling the lump he pretty much told me that there was nothing to worry about and that I was fretting over nothing. I'm only 22 years old and quite a fit and healthy male. I didn't have any other symptoms so he pretty much said it was either a cyst or lipoma and sent me on my way.
A year has since passed but I've noticed the lump is still present and has slightly grown in size. In addition I've noticed another pea sized lump just a few inches left of this lump. Again I'm starting to worry and thinking the worst.
I'm thinking of getting another visit to the GP for ease of mind but just checking to see if this would be considered 'normal' for a lipoma or cyst? Or could this be cause for concern.
Many thanks,
John
