Hi, so i'm 18 and have recently seen my GP about this problem. A few months ago my mum noticed a swelling on the left side of my neck that was kind of soft and easily mobile on the left side of my neck but when looking back at pictures i've noticed a small bump beginning to grow over a course of 7/8 months. the lump is painless but doctors were unsure of the cause of this. they did urgent blood test and i've been referred for two urgent scans. the bloods came back normal but i'm still very alarmed by this. as someone who is living quite far away from home i'm having to do it all mostly alone which is frightening. i find myself checking the post box daily in hopes that the letter comes, a week has felt like a year. i just want to know if anyone else has experienced similar or maybe any support or reassurance if possible. thank you xx
