I'm sorry to hear that you've been dealing with some ongoing health problems over the past few months. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious about what could be responsible for your symptoms. 

It's good to know that you have an appointment with the specialist team next week. Hopefully, they will be able to give you some answers and reassurance and set you on the right path to improving things for you. Try to remain positive and remember that there could be many reasons for the symptoms that you're experiencing.
