Good morning to u all,  so yesterday i went to the toilet and as i wiped i saw blood on the tissue, i had the same last week but thought it was ovulation, this morning as i wiped there is more blood then yesterday, i last got a smear and tested for cancer etc 3 years ago when i had a miscarriage and had a d&c, everything was okay!! Ive been having pains where my ovaries are, sharp dull pain that is coming and going.... I am so scared that i may have something seriously wrong with me... Spotting is very unusual for me... I have 10 days till my period arrives so i know its nothing to do with that.. I suffer badly with health anxiety and will google all the bad stuff. The spotting is only noticed when wiping its light pink sometimes brownish... Anyone else had anything similar. Thank you xx
