Been to my gp and they said they don't think it's herpes but maybe bacterial infection but I'm really worried I'm only 25 it's very itchy and burns wile urinating the spots are hard and white
Sorry you are in such discomfort. I am not a doctor but do have some firsthand experience of something similat. I went to the doctor when I was 22 with hard white lumps and itchiness. The doctor swapped and it was clear and thought it might be side effects from my pill.
Went to the sexual health clinic a month later as it was no better and they diagnosed it straight away as genital herpes. They were really kind and gave me some ointment for the pain and some tablets to help attack the breakout alokg with lots of information.
If you are unsure go to your local GUM clinic if you can. They aren't scary or shameful places x
