Feel afraid of possible diagnosis

I have had liver cysts for a few years and have fatty liver I had a scan last year which showed one of the cysts had grown so another scan was arranged for this year my precious consultant has retired and I have now been taken over by another I have severe cancer phobia and she ordered mri with contrast loads of blood including tumour markers and fibroscan of liver had mri today on urgent and fibroscan booked for 2 dec I'm terrified it means liver cancer i m having trouble sleeping

    I'm a 100 % the same as you.. It's debilitating.

    People say don't Google but when you suffer from extreme health anxiety nothing makes sense.

    Soon as I open my eyes each morning I'm worrying...

    My anxiety is off the scale, I was anxious as a child and it got worse and worse. I'm constantly frightened.

    People say don't worry till you have to but again for people like us it doesn't help. We don't know how to control it.

    Anxiety for me is constant butterflies, nervous stomach, I get hot, tearful.

    I had cbt online during the summer it did not help. 

    I'm waiting for video counseling to start.
