I am sorry to hear about the tumour in your throat and hope that you are coping with this. It would be a good idea to get checked out by your GP for these new symptoms. If it is another case, the sooner it's seen to the better. If it's not, I'm sure that it would take away a lot of your worry. 

Tell your receptionist why you want the appointment and you should get to see your GP quickly.
