Hi, I found a lump in my armpit 5-6 weeks ago, I seen my GP last week and they referred me for bloods, I had these taken on Wednesday last week and received the results today which is a slight relief however I have been referred for an ultrasound and I'm not sure how long it takes for the appointment to come through from the hospital? Can I call the radiotherapy dept in the hospital and ask or will they just fob me off? 
 

I am anxious about this lump and I feel it may be getting larger. Has anyone else had a lump under their arm the same? It was not sore to begin with but I do feel a dull ache from it now which travels down my arm. Am I being extremely paranoid?
