I had an appointment today at the breast clinic I'm not sure what to make of it if someone can suggest what they would do if anything. 
 

my breast is very purple, hot and swollen I went to my gp and she found a lump then referred me to the clinic. I was expecting to at least have an ultrasound but all she did was check me laying down and said nothing there and maybe see someone as I think it's more of skin issue and to keep and eye on it. I don't really know what I expecting but feel I was fobbed off a bit. I'm 39 and haven't had any skin complaints before nor breast problems I am now considering going private.
 

Has anyone had an appointment and didn't feel  relieved and went elsewhere to put they're mind at ease?
