I haven't had much experience with bowel screening- sent off a sample of poo in the post and find out if anything is not text book normal.

colonoscopy Tests are the first stage to check the bowel in greater detail. 
having someone with him for taking him to his appt ans collecting him after Is routine practice as sedation is

often given so people maybe but drowsy .

Tell your dad to write down his concerns about his bowe

screening . What was shown.

doubt they can tel hbc till after the colonoscopy tho.

they may take samples during the test too/ you might have to wait for results but they should be able to

tell Him more on the day.

Can be random thing like polyp-not everything turns out to be cancer .
