I had my duct exctasia treated by having a breast reduction they removed the lower part of my breasts. It took a while to heal as the nipples were removed and repositioned lots of stitches, have you got a soft bra on l wore one day and night for 6 weeks. I was in hospital for 4 days and quite sore when l came home, l was told not to do to much and give it a chance to heal. If you need more pain relief contact your doctor, I've just had a big abdominal operation and my doctor was really helpful with pain relief saying it takes weeks for the wounds to heal l hope you are more comfortable soon
