it's nice to have this forum. So tomorrow I got an appointment for a dermatology review. I had a lovely consultant who 3 months ago assured me the mole on my foot was not cancerous and had some Photos done.  I'm back tomorrow for a 3 month review with the same consultant I think and I'm very nervous! I'm not sure why. The mole itself hasn't grown but it definitely is raised. Initially, before my referral my GP was pretty sure it was melanoma and I'm worried now as it's more raised. At least I'll know more tomorrow. Any tips on how to get over appointment anxiety? :cry:
