In the endoscopy world, we see many patients with iron deficiency anaemia.

Your FIT test will have inferiors some blood in your sample. It is so sensitive, it can detect blood you can't see with the naked eye.

There are a few things that can cause bleeding in the bowel, most of them aren't cancer, e.g. diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease and polyps.
