Weird bloody lump in inner labia, need advice

Hi guys!!

 

Im a bit desperate because I found this lump in my inner labia  (its not withe, it is realy red and clearly is bruised under the skin because I can see the dark blood and it is bothering me a lot because it hurts (because is in a area that is always frictioning (?) ). I tried to email a sexual health clinic to see when I can get an appointment and they never returned and my GP is taking too long to return.

Anyone hs any idea of what can it be??? Its in an area that usually dont grow any hair.

    Hi Rena,

    this might be a Bartholin Cyst. I get them from time to time and they are bloody annoying. They don't know why people get these cysts and not everyone gets them.

    Felt like a constant burn down below, sometimes itches and would get red (probably due to friction)

    If it's a cyst you'll just get antibiotics! Hope you get to through to your GP soon.

    To relief symptoms there's a few things online - I use to take hot baths with Epsom saltz and then clean the cyst  with witch hazel and then applied Vaseline.

    not sure this is definitely what you have but if you read up on Bartholin cyst symptoms it could well be!
