Hi there, 

I have had an MRI which has revealed a 3cm complex ovarian cyst on my right ovary. I have also had a scan which revealed fibroids in my uterus which are not a concern. My CA125 blood is normal. I have been given the choice to monitor the cyst or remove both ovaries & fallupion tubes?! And I am left to think about it!  I am 55years old and post menopausal and have been blessed with very little menopause symptoms. I'm not on HRT. 
I'm worried as to what to do next? Has anyone here had a similar experience?
