2 lumps in the neck

Hi everyone, a week ago I found lump in my neck, it's visable and hard. I noticed it as my neck ached one morning so I was rubbing my neck and felt the lump. Since then I have found another smaller lump nearby. I instantly googled and worried myself. Im not sure if it's any relation but in June, I found a bold patch on my head and the doctors looked into any defiencies and found that I had low b12 and vitamin D and therefore gave me some strong vitamin D tablets. Since then the hair has slowly grown back. I read that itchiness is a possible symptom of lymphoma and my neck and scalp are incredibly itchy and has been for a few weeks before finding the lumps. In regardless to weight loss it is very hard to say as since September I have been dieting and lost a stone. I have found in the past 2 weeks I have lost my appetite and haven't been good on my diet but still lost 2lbs this week. I'm really nervous to go to the doctors as aside from pregnancy, mental health and my recent hair loss I've never had to go to the doctors or hospital so I'm petrified of the whole scenario. Im also worried I might not get taken seriously and im overreacting. Any advice or reassurance would be great

  • It's always worrying when unexplained lumps and bumps appear but do go and see your doctor about this as they'll be able to let you know whether it's any cause for concern. Hopefully this won't be the case but it's always good to get an unusual or persistent symptoms checked out, if only for peace of mind.
