I had an endoscopy 2 weeks ago they found a 5cm tumour at the bottom of my osopegus and top of my stomach. It was such a traumatic experience they had to call my husband to come in before they would discuss the findings. Dr was very negative I asked if it could be removed she said depending on what blood vessels it was attached to and if it has spread. I'm at my wits end I have had my ct scan last week still heard nothing. Had a phone call 2 days after endoscopy off nurse to see how much weight I'd lost (I haven't) I've only had symptoms of struggling to swallow since end of August. Please can anyone reassure me on anything I'm only 43.
