Hello. 
 

Aboug 6 months ago i started getting sharp shooting pains in my neck on bith sides that would come and go. Then had a sore throte that went after a few days. I also felt pain in my throte at the back on a tonsil. This has gone for the time being. I then noticed a pea sized lump in my neck that also went. 
 

A few days ago i started to have ear ache which has also gone but now i have a swelling in my neck on the jaw line under my ear. 
 

should i be concerned or would it likely be an ear infection?
