I'm sorry to hear that you have some health concerns at the moment. Unfortunately, no one her eon the forum can say for certainty what may be causing your problems. We do know that many people who search online for their symptoms end up being led down a rabbit hole that often leads to cancer and this leaves people feeling more anxious. 

There could be many reasons for the symptoms you've described other than cancer so please do keep trying to get through to our GP to make an appointment as they will be best placed to support you with this issue.

Thank you for your reply. I've still not managed to get through to doctors at 8am so have made an appointment for next Tuesday. The reflux is getting worse and I don't feel like eating anything. Will keep you posted

just wondering if you had any diagnosis or how are you doing? I have similar symptoms indigestion , bloating, lots of flatulence and stomach noises constantly. 
So worried about bowel/stomach cancer.have tests in 2 weeks and am an anxious mess. 
hope yours turned out to be something simple.

i had full blood test done, stool sample, smear test because was due anyway. Ultrasound and everything come back all clear. After at least 8 weeks of symptoms they started to slowly get better. I was put on a corse of omeprazole and it has reduced my symptoms to almost nothing. I'm not taking them snymore snd fingers crossed I'm not getting the same level of indigestion snd pain I was getting. I've been told if it gets worse or one back then I'll have to have a camera. My doctors thinks I had a stomach infection but honestly my symptoms were so severe and persistent that I was convinced it was something  more sinister. I know it's easier said than done but please try not to worry. You are doing the right thing getting it checked out. Good luck. Let me know how you get on x 

I'm so glad your symptoms improved Lanr. Did you have any bowel issues? Or stool problems? I have a lot of back pain and my stools are loose and unpredictable 

Hi yes I either had loose stools or constipation. I'd never suffered from constipation before so was unusual for me. I also had some pretty bad pain on my coccyx which I have no idea what this was. I suffer from lower back pain anyway but this was different. It lasted again about 8 weeks snd disappeared with my other symptoms. I didn't have any blood in my stools but I got really worries at one point because they were so thin,  when  solid but again they didn't find any abnormalities in my sample. Have you been asked to provide a sample? My stomach was also tender to touch if that makes sense and I felt like I looked pregnant. Hope this helps and your symptoms improve soon xxx 

Also the noises my stomach made all day everyday were so loud snd unsettling. It was like a poping noise that was not related to be hungry or having just eaten‍♀️

That's so strange. Mine is completely food related. 
im also most concerned about my rectal pain and pressure. 
just all so worrying
