I think I first noticed this in august and forgot about it but last night while I was out I felt something was off. It was tender/painful when my clothes rubbed the area. I checked this morning and I think it's just the one swollen lymph node, but it's rock hard to touch. I don't have it on the other side and am wondering if I need to get this checked. I'm otherwise healthy and don't feel unwell at all.
