Hi, 

I have a lymph node swelling  on my right arm elbow for over two years. It is painless and around 1cm in size. It is hard, not moving under the skin. For nearly 9 months I have another small swelling to the right side of my stomach, belly, in naval level  under the skin almost half cm in size. For last two months I have noticed a small swelling on my left hand elbow outside. Yesterday I found another small swelling behind the right ear below head hair line(normal hair cut line of men) on neck. 

My family was complaining about smelly farts for over  a year though I have bowl movements regularly. It started only a year ago. No other symtoms noticed. 

I had ultrasound for the first right hand swelling and abdomen swelling, GP told that unless there is no pain, nothing to worry. But the swelling has occurred at  4 places.  

Is it any starting stage of lymphoma? Is any blood tests possble for starting stage of lymphoma? without the biospy can we do any blood tests or any other method to determine if it is problematic.
