Pea sized moveable lump in breast

Hi there. I've been going through this site looking at others experiences, and would like to share mine.

I have recently felt a small pea sized ball right near to my nipple area/Aerola. I went to the GP and she thinks it was a milk duct and to wait a few weeks and see if it will go or not. It didn't go so I went back. She found another one in my other breast upon examination that I didn't know off. Anyway she's now referred me to the breast specialist and that app is next week. I woke up this morning with a sore right armpit, not sure why, can't feel any lump there or anything. Anyone experience this? I had an ultrasound done many years ago on the other armpit as there was a lump and result was it's extra breast tissue. It also fills up with milk when I've given birth etc. I guess I'm just looking for reassurance and just to know your experiences? I'm very anxious and paranoid after waking up to a sore armpit. :( I do still currently breastfeed my 2 year old too.
