I am worried sick. I have just started a period after 18 months. I had assumed I had reached the menopause. Has anyone experienced this and is it likely to be a sign of cancer
Any unexplained bleeding after your periods have stopped should be investigated. It might not have a serious explanation, but you should make an appointment with your doctor for further investigation. Hopefully it won’t be anything as serious as cancer, but doctors will want to rule that out.
