Petrified!

Hi, my names Sian and last night I found a small soft lump in my right breast by my armpit. I can move it around which I've read is a good sign and it's painful. I'm going to contact the doctors on Monday morning first thing. I'm petrified! I'm 28 and I've got two small boys who are 2 and 5. 

I know you shouldn't google but I have! 
Im so scared it could be cancer, absolutely petrified to be honest! I can't stop thinking the worst either!

    Hi there ...

    Firstly take some good deep breaths.... there's a few facts I found out a few years ago ... 8.5 out of ten lumps are benign.... the younger you are it's even better odds ... 

    My first four lumps from mamorgrams over the years were fine... one was even hard like a flat pebble.. movable .. a couple were pea shaped ... not movable ... so try to get it in perspective ...

    Yes you will feel scared and emotional, we all did waiting for tests and results  .... there is no easy way around ... try to keep as busy as poss ... and the worse bit is we hear the sad stories on t .v but there's lots going on through cancer now ... so hold on in there.... big hug ...     Thank you so much for your kind words! It really means a lot. 
    I haven't even been to the doctors yet and I'm panacking!! First step see the doctor on Monday and go from there.
