Hello age 71 yrs psa 4.2 result prostate cancer T3a Gleason 8 no mo lucky ?? Just out of prostate, when I had my psa done in past and when it was 4.2 told at doctors it's normal everything ok, when I told doctor any score over 4.0 need checking out he asked would I like to go on the cancer pathway, I said yes I would , so if i took it as being ok when told I was ok , could have been T4 Gleason 9/10 to late for me. If you are worried don't get fob off.
